Costs

Because of the nature of the work, charges are normally on a time and expenses basis.

Fees rates will be provided for the different types of work provided and are normally quoted at day rates, although the option exists to quote hourly rates.

The rates levels will be for:

	Project Management, Test Management and Audit and Investigation

	Consultancy

	Business Analysis

	Technical specialists

For certain types of pieces of work it is possible to indicate in terms of weeks or man-days how long it will take. For example, a simple audit of a project will take between 2 and 4 man - weeks, but a more complex audit can take 2 months.

It is impossible technically to prepare estimates in advance for the effort involved in preparing for testing. The estimating for testing depends directly upon an analysis of the specifications. (Meaning that if the specifications are inadequately detailed, it is not possible to produce an accurate cost estimation.)

The option exists to engage LOGIQUALITI on a time and expenses basis to define the scope and content of a package of work (Statement of Work - SOW) after which it will be possible to prepare a fixed price estimate for the completion of the balance of the work.

As it is the intention to provide the maximum level of service in an off-site mode, the expenses portion will be reduced significantly.
